TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. **RESERVATION POLICY**: A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL BOOKINGS. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE TO AVOID A CANCELLATION FEE.
2. **PAYMENT TERMS**: WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS. A DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN BOOKINGS, WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
3. **CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES/TRANSACTION FEE APPLY** THERE IS A 1.9% CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE WITH MASTERCARD AND VISA AND 2.5% WITH AMEX. AN ADDITIONAL $.29 IS ADDED FOR EVERY TRANSACTION
4. **CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES**: CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 2:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT TIME IS AT 10:00 AM. LATE CHECK-OUT MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, WITH ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY. KEYS ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE “EXPRESS KEY DROP” SLOT UNDER THE RESERVATION WINDOW. A $50 FEE WILL APPLY TO KEYS NOT RETURNED UPON CHECK OUT.
5. **ROOM POLICIES**: THE NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST MATCH THE RESERVATION OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY FOR EXTRA GUESTS OR AMENITIES. ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NON-COOKING. PENALTIES WILL APPLY OTHERWISE AND IF SMOKE DETECTORS HAVE BEEN TAMPERED WITH.
6. **PET POLICY**: PETS ARE GENERALLY NOT ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES, ALTHOUGH WE DO SET ASIDE CERTAIN ROOMS IF REQUIRED AND DISCUSSED PRIOR (SUCH AS SERVICE ANIMALS AND OR SMALL DOG CONTAINED IN CARRIER). ANY GUESTS FOUND WITH UNAUTHORIZED PETS WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES.
7. **SMOKING POLICY**: SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL INDOOR AREAS AND WITHIN THE PROPERTY. WE ASK GUESTS TO PLEASE SMOKE OUTSIDE THE GATES OF THE PROPERTY.
8. **NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM** ALL GUESTS NEED TO RESPECT THE SLEEP OF OTHERS AND KEEP NOISE LEVELS DOWN BY 10 PM.
9. **LIABILITY DISCLAIMER**: THE MOTEL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO GUESTS’ PROPERTY OR PERSONS WHILE ON THE PREMISES. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL BELONGINGS. WE ASK GUESTS TO PLEASE LOCK CAR DOORS AND MAKE SURE WINDOWS ARE UP. WE DO HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS AROUND THE PROPERTY TO HELP DECREASE ANY UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY THAT MAY OCCUR.
10. **PRIVACY POLICY**: WE RESPECT THE PRIVACY OF OUR GUESTS AND ADHERE TO ALL PRIVACY LAWS. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS IS USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF COMPLETING THE BOOKING TRANSACTION AND WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES.
***RETURN AND REFUND POLICY***
1. **Cancellation Policy**: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
2. **No-Show Policy**: In the event of a no-show (guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation), the full amount of the reservation will be charged and no refund will be issued.
3. **Early Departure**: Guests departing before the scheduled check-out date will not be entitled to a refund for any unused nights unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
4. **Refund Processing**: Refunds for cancellations will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the guest’s account depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
5. **Special Circumstances**: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), guests may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future stay. Management will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. **Non-Refundable Bookings**: Certain promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable and non-cancellable. Guests will be notified at the time of booking if their reservation falls under this category.
7. **Group Bookings**: For group bookings of multiple rooms, different cancellation and refund policies may apply. Please refer to the specific terms outlined in the group booking agreement.
8. **Refund Disputes**: Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations should be addressed directly to our office in writing. We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
9. **Changes to Policy**: This return and refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or revisions will be posted on our website for guests’ reference.
